How can we efficiently generate and deliver clean hydrogen for on-demand applications?
Our research focuses on the atomic-scale design of advanced heterogeneous solid-gas catalytic systems to produce sustainable hydrogen from renewable sources. We specialize in engineering robust bimetallic and amorphous-crystalline catalyst interfaces, often synthesized via scalable mechanochemical methods. A major translational aspect of our work involves integrating these high-performance catalysts into 3D-printed structures, microreactors, and catalytic membrane reactors. This multiscale approach bridges the gap between fundamental surface chemistry and functional devices.
